SERCO's "New" Jaguar GR3A XZ360/FL

Delivered by road on Wednesday 28th August 2019.

XZ360/FL SEPECAT Jaguar GR3A first flown 14/09/76 delivered to RAF 30/09/76. The aircraft had been in store with Everetts Aero at Bentwaters, Suffolk. The jet  had the tail of XX720/FL fitted to it as XZ360 has a code of FN applied to the nose wheel door and had arrived at Everetts without a tail. The remainder of the fusalage is XZ360.

The gent in the hi-viz jacket is Chris Brown who looks very happy with his near £30,000 investment which arrived only days before his retirement after nearly 40 years service with the fire training school at Teesside. 

A familiar face to many of us who have visited the fire training area over the years and we wish him all the very best on his retirement and thanks for his countless guided tours around the burning area.
